Recently, EMSYSTEMS GROUP installed a Nemo Q Queingsytem at  the Center for Driver’s Assistance, an office created by Puerto Rico Department of Transportation. The application solves many problems there.The main objective was to  improve the timeouts of the drivers that visit this center.

Through wireless printers this system assigns  queus  to the visitors before the center begin daily operations. This accelerates the process and the persons go directly to their interest area.

During working hours queus are provided  by a Kiosk managed by an usher.  She directs the drivers to the differents departments of  The Center.

As part of the application system, a self service Kiosk were also installed allowing drivers to verify their transit tickets, their vehicles licenses among other functionalities without making lines.

EMSYSTEMS Group project also recommended monitors around the room providing drivers  with accurate  statistics of amount of served visitors, approximate waiting time and the total of services.

The goals were achieved.

During the next weeks, EMSYSTEMS Group will installed other similar systems in  the School of Dentistry Medical Sciences Campus.
